La organización del Fronton King pone a tu disposición la posibilidad de afinar tu condición física las semanas previas al evento, creando un servicio específico para los competidores, adaptado a vuestros horarios y el swell. Su objetivo no será hacer entrenamientos “agresivos” que mermen tu surfing, sino sacar el máximo potencial de tus cualidades físicas, mejorar tus sensaciones y al mismo tiempo mejorar tu “armadura” (tus músculos) para soportar las exigencias del Fronton. En 2010 Yeray Martínez fue considerado el mejor preparado físicamente del circuito profesional. Dos años antes había empezado a entrenar con AsesEjercicioFisico.com y hoy sigue haciéndolo.
