Every day, the Frontón King operates with a large technical setup: LED screen, international streaming, scoring system, lighting, and communications. Everything runs continuously with a total consumption of 20 kWh per dayensuring a world-class sporting experience.
During the 8 daily hours of competition,our photovoltaic system keeps the entire technical infrastructure of the event running continuously. From the first heat to the final of the day, every second is powered by clean energy, ensuring that the sporting spectacle goes on with the highest quality and the lowest environmental impact.
Thanks to our solar installation, we prevent 4.4 kilograms of CO₂ from being emitted into the atmosphere each competition day. This reduction is equivalent to the energy that would no longer be generated in thermal power plants to supply the event. In this way, each day of the Frontón King not only delivers the best bodyboarding in the world but also actively contributes to a more sustainable future.

It also raises awareness about the responsible use of water and the protection of natural resources, from its oceans and beaches to its forests and peaks. Durante el evento se habilitan contenedores específicos para papel y cartón, envases ligeros y vidrio, facilitando que atletas, equipo técnico y público colaboren en el cuidado del entorno. De esta manera, cada residuo recibe el tratamiento adecuado, reduciendo el impacto ambiental y consolidando al Frontón King como un referente internacional en sostenibilidad aplicada al deporte y a la organización de eventos en Canarias.
